This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules and restrictions for using EliteXHost’s services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

1. General Conduct

You must use EliteXHost services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
You may not use the services in a way that could harm EliteXHost, its network, reputation, or other users.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not host, transmit, or distribute content that includes:

Illegal material (e.g., pirated software, copyright-infringing media, counterfeit goods).
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that exploits or harms minors.
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or defamatory content.
Content that promotes terrorism, violence, or discrimination.
Malware, viruses, phishing websites, or tools intended to compromise security.

3. Network & System Abuse

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk messages via email, SMS, or other channels.
Phishing & Fraud: Impersonating others, running scams, or misleading users for financial gain.
Resource Abuse: Running processes that overload servers, such as crypto-mining, unauthorized bots, or abusive scripts.
Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS): Launching or participating in attacks against our network or others.
Unauthorized Access: Attempting to hack, probe, or scan networks, accounts, or devices without permission.

4. Email Usage

Email accounts must not be used to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
Mailing lists must comply with opt-in/opt-out practices and applicable anti-spam laws.
Abuse of email services may result in account suspension.

5. Resource Usage Limits

To maintain fair use across shared environments, you agree not to:

Use hosting accounts as backup storage (e.g., storing files not related to your website).
Run continuous background processes (e.g., IRC bots, daemons) without written permission.
Exceed allocated CPU, RAM, or disk usage limits as defined in your plan.

6. Security Responsibilities

You must keep your account, passwords, and software (CMS, plugins, themes, etc.) secure and updated.
If your account is compromised due to negligence (e.g., weak passwords), you are responsible for damages.
Report any suspected security breaches immediately to support@elitexhost.com.

7. Law Enforcement & Cooperation

We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
Illegal activities may be reported to appropriate authorities, and data may be shared as required by law.

8. Consequences of Violation

Violating this AUP may result in:

Warning or temporary suspension of services.
Permanent termination of your account without refund.
Legal action if damages are incurred.

9. Updates to the AUP

EliteXHost may revise this AUP at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
